Creating a brochure that speaks to your customers

We have a brochure that is customer-focused and with the right structure. In one section, the words on the line left in a uniform manner and the words not in the right column. This is called a "ragged right." This format is easier to read than type 'that justified the lines evenly on both sides. Why?

Consider this: Do you like and repeat the same task in exactly the same way? How long before monotony takes over and you need a break?

Your eyes are no differentyou. In justified text, each line of text is exactly the same length, over and over again, without interruption, and her eyes tired and bored. The irregular edge gives the eyes a race and break the monotony of justified type. Just irregular use, whenever possible.

Here are some tips to the appropriate folder for your company:

1) Ask your employees to write the brochure copy. Or better yet, ask some of your best customers, helping to write. You will be amazed at whatto obtain.

2) Try to eliminate as many decisions as possible. Always assume the customer will eventually buy the product or service. No use of the word "if" and "maybe" that invite the possibility of a negative reaction of the customer.

3) Never make open-ended questions in a booklet. Be sure to phrase questions so that the answer can only be "yes."

4) The companies want to always be the main features of their product list. The problem is that customersdo not care about any job, unless there is a clear advantage for them. A "feature" is what a product. A "benefit" is what you do. The more the product does, the more interesting it becomes. "This car has four doors." So what? Compare that with: "I noticed you have three children." "You can enjoy the convenience of four doors, while the children are with you."

5) Do you want your brochure to sound and look professional. You can do this without using "stiff phrasing" ora formal tone. For most readers, "professional" is just boring. Pick your best customer and pretend to speak only to him / her. Get a tape recorder and a call telling them the items you want to cover in the brochure. Your brochure should not be a textbook, it should be a conversation between friends.

You can use the services of a printing company to print your corporate brochure. They will use the method that best suits your needs. If you want to offset the conventional method to use for your materials, you must meet the minimum order of 500. But if you have less than 500, the digital method. In terms of quality, you're a winner in two major ways.
